Controls System

The control management of the system (pressure, level detectors, the valves actuators etc…) is carried out by a programmable logic controller (PLC) mounted on a Main Control Panel (MCP) supplied with the system.
The operator has access to a keypad and an information screen providing the necessary interface to monitor the whole system. The main Control Panel will be installed in the sanding area.
The different modes of operation can be checked directly via the keypad and the screen.
All the information for the different modes is displayed on the screen – including a comprehensive Help system.
The MCP is equipped with a modem for remote troubleshooting.
